That's right - I expect the very large MoM decline to revert to material MoM growth in October.

In addition to continuing to use spot market rental data from Apartment List, I have now decided to also incorporate data from Zillow, as I believe that this will provide a more relevant picture of underlying CPI growth.

With the inclusion of this additional data, the growth rates and estimates for the spot market rent adjusted CPI that were detailed under the prior approach, are no longer directly comparable.
